App & Game Development: Refunds can be requested before the development work has begun or if there are significant issues that cannot be resolved.
Digital Marketing & SEO Services: Refunds may be applicable if the services are not delivered as promised or if there are unresolved issues affecting the website.

All Refunds are applicable only before starting works, If work has been started, thereafter advance payment you have paid are non refundable in any conditions.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of service delivery or within 24 hours before project initiation.
Provide detailed information about the issue and why you are requesting a refund.
Our Team has Review your issue, and we have trying to solve your issue, if your issue has not solve, then we have processed your refund. But your issue must be very strong.

Refund Approval and Timeline

Our team will review your refund request and assess its eligibility based on our refund policy.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 2 days through the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Services

Customized or personalized services that have been completed as per your specifications are non-refundable.
Any third-party expenses incurred during the project will not be refunded.

Cancellations made after the service has commenced may be subject to partial refunds based on the work completed.

No use of SuperGeeks Soft Tech’s logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.

In cases of violation of our terms of service or misconduct, refunds may not be issued.
Refunds for services purchased during promotional offers or discounts will be processed based on the discounted amount paid.
